Days like today make one glad for some things. For most of the day, we were in our apartment, with no electricity as the power company turned off power to the whole town (seemingly). By 5 PM we were both ready for electricity to come on for the use of our fans (but Ryan in particular). Low 80s outside with no wind makes for a warmer apartment than I enjoy. It will cool down nicely though tonight into the low 60s/upper 50s. It is one of the nice things… highs in the upper 70s/low 80s and lows in the low 60s/upper 50s (all temperatures in Fahrenheit).
To our friends in the Northern Hemisphere… stay warm!
We left TX and live in Salem, VA now. A family we worship with in Roanoke, Jimmy and Diane Fields, have a son-in-law coming to Kenya next week to preach for a few weeks. His name is Brad Sullivan, from the Pensacola, FL area; he has been to Africa before. I figured there are not many churches there, and you would probably have a chance to meet him. We enjoy your updates very much.
Prayers for your work in Kenya,
Greg and Sue Dehmer

Wow, didn’t know y’all had moved! We are going to meet Brad when he comes to visit the church at Gatitu, where we are worshipping. What a small world! Thanks for the prayers.
